Clear controls for every order.

Current backend flows cover payment verification, order status, disputes, settlement holds and admin-approved seller payouts.

Seller-managed shipping

Sellers set delivery charges, dispatch with a suitable carrier and provide tracking. Pretali does not promise automatic pickup or carrier coverage.

Returns and disputes

Order status, return requests and buyer disputes are recorded in Pretali. An unresolved case can freeze seller settlement for review.

Payments and payouts

Payment completion is verified through supported payment providers. Eligible seller balances can be withdrawn only after the hold period and administrator approval.

The app is in early access. Seller tools, payment routes, returns and admin-approved payouts are being tested, while paid plans, courier pickup integrations and team-member access are not yet publicly available.
